Graduate Studies Office - Student Service:

In August, we encourage all students to schedule appointments with the individual responsible for administrative support for their respective majors via email.
Please note that the Dean and Vice Deans will temporarily suspend their regular office hours during this period. 
For any urgent matters, you can contact the Dean of Graduate Studies directly via email.
